This policy explains what information Lucas Play collects when you visit the shop, place an order, sign up for emails or contact us, and how that information is used.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, billing and shipping addresses, and the items you buy. We need these to process, ship and support your order.
- Accounts: if you create an account, your login details, saved addresses and order history.
- Messages and requests: what you send through the contact form or the want list, including your name and email address, so we can reply.
- New finds emails: your email address, if you sign up.
- Payments: card and payment details are entered with our payment provider and handled by them. We do not store full card numbers.
Cookies and similar tools
Essential cookies keep the shop working: your cart, checkout, account sign-in and security checks. With your permission we may also use analytics cookies, to understand how the shop is used, and marketing cookies, to measure ads. You choose in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Your saved pieces and recently viewed items are stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
Services that help run the shop
- Hosting and security: the shop runs on secure web hosting and uses Cloudflare for speed and protection. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from people, not bots.
- Email delivery: order emails and replies are sent through an email delivery service.
- Payments: processed by our payment provider under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
Emails from us
You will receive emails about orders you place. If you leave items in your cart after entering your email at checkout, or after an order is complete, we may send a short follow-up. Every follow-up and new finds email includes a link to stop them, and order emails still arrive as normal.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for the order, for accounting and for legal requirements. Messages, want list requests and email signups are kept until they are no longer needed or you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails. Contact us and we will help.
Children: the shop is intended to be used by adults. If you are under 18, please shop with a parent or guardian.
