These terms apply to every order placed with Lucas Play. By placing an order you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, contact us before you buy.
Listings and photos
Every listing has photos and a plain description of the piece. Please look closely at the photos and read the description before you order, and ask us about anything you are unsure of. If we make a mistake in a listing, such as a wrong price or description, we will tell you before the order ships and you can cancel for a full refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay, and any applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order.
All sales are final
We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds on any product purchased, as set out on our Shipping and Returns page. Please review your order carefully before you check out.
Shipping
We ship to the address you give at checkout, so please check it carefully. You will get an email when your order ships. If a package arrives damaged, contact us as soon as you can, with photos of the box and the piece, so we can look into it.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private and let us know if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
Trademarks
Brand and character names such as LEGO, Star Wars, Pokemon and the others on this site belong to their owners. Lucas Play is an independent shop and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
