About this piece
Meet Hugh Mungous, a Garbage Pail Kids sticker card numbered 124a. Every card in the line pairs a punny character name with over-the-top artwork, and that is exactly the charm here.
If you are filling gaps in a run, this is one more name off the list. It also makes a funny gift for anyone who traded these on the playground. A penny sleeve and toploader will keep it safe while it waits for its spot in the binder.
