About this piece

American McGee’s Alice for PC twists Wonderland into a dark, gothic realm. This action-adventure from Electronic Arts blends platforming with combat as Alice battles through a nightmarish landscape.

Its unique art style and macabre take on the classic tale make it a memorable and unsettling experience. A good pick for fans of dark fantasy, and the natural first chapter before Alice: Madness Returns. The gothic visuals still stand out, and the darker spin on Lewis Carroll’s story gives it a personality few games share.
