About this piece

Homefront on the PlayStation 3 presents a grim, near-future scenario of a North Korean occupation of the United States. The campaign offers intense, linear first-person action with a strong sense of atmosphere and desperation.

It is short and somewhat unpolished, but the unique premise and visceral moments make for a memorable, if brief, experience. A distinctive pick for shooter fans and a conversation piece in a PS3 collection. Its premise alone makes it stand out among shooters of its era.
